What You’ll Do:
 
 
As a Purchasing Assistant at Oliver Manufacturing, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. You will manage the flow of goods and services from the purchasing and receiving process, playing a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. From issuing purchase orders to maintaining accurate records, this is a role that requires precision, great communication, and a true team-oriented spirit. 
 
·         Supply Chain Maestro: Oversee the smooth management of goods and services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery throughout the purchasing and receiving process. 
·         Operational Support: Ensure the Production and Operations teams have all the materials and supplies they need to keep things running smoothly. 
·         Order Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure we never run out of critical components. 
·         Vendor Relations: Build strong partnerships with vendors, maintaining clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise. 
·         Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, ensuring all orders, deliveries, and invoices are up to date. 
·         Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure all necessary materials are available and the team stays aligned.

Compensation: $16.88 - $20.05 per hour
