What You’ll Do:
As a Press Brake Operator at Oliver Manufacturing, your days will be dynamic and filled with exciting challenges. Here are just a few of the key areas where you’ll make a real difference:
• Precision Machining Mastery: Set up and operate Press Brake and CNC machines to craft intricate, high-quality components that are crucial to our production process.
• Blueprint Navigator: Use your keen eye for detail to interpret and translate blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications into flawless machine operations.
• Tooling & Setup Specialist: Select and configure the right tools for each job, ensuring your machines run smoothly and produce parts with pinpoint accuracy.
• Quality Control Champion: Inspect finished products, verify dimensions, and troubleshoot any deviations to maintain our uncompromising standards of excellence.
• Process Improvement Innovator: Collaborate with your team to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance productivity.
